IIIA Privacy Policy

The Artificial Intelligence Research Institute (IIIA) is part of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). This privacy policy explains how IIIA uses the personal data collected from users when they register online to SAT-2021.

What data do we collect?

IIIA collects the personal identification and registration data you have provided in the registration form.

 

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide IIIA with the data we collect when you voluntarily register online to the SAT-2021 conference.

 

How will we use your data?

IIIA collects your data to process your registration to SAT-2021.

 

How do we store your data?

 

IIIA securely stores your data at its own servers (iiia.csic.es) and is only accessible to IIIA’s IT staff.

IIIA will keep the data you provided until the  31st December of the year of your registration.

 

What are your data protection rights?

 

IIIA would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access – You have the right to request IIIA for copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that IIIA correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request IIIA to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure – You have the right to request that IIIA erase your personal data.
  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that IIIA restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to IIIA’s processing of your personal data.
  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that IIIA transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.
