IIIA Ph.D. student Jaume Reixach has won the best paper award at this year's EvoCOP 2024 conference, which took place in Aberystwyth, United Kingdom. Congratulations, Jaume! The paper was co-authored by Christian Blum, Marko Djukanovic (University of Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Günther Raidl (TU Wien, Austria). The award-winning paper is titled A Neural Network Based Guidance for a BRKGA: An Application to the Longest Common Square Subsequence Problem.
